About This Dog for Adoption

Jude's ideal home

Meet Jude, a big, handsome boy with a heart full of love who’s ready to find his forever home! Jude arrived with us with very little previous history, so he’s looking for patient adopters who can gently guide him through home life. He may need a bit of support while settling in, especially with things like housetraining, and we recommend gradually building up the time he spends alone, making sure he has plenty to keep him busy.

Jude is a sweet lad bursting with energy and enthusiasm. He loves his walks and enjoys exploring the world around him. He can be a little bouncy, so he’d be best suited to confident older children (8+) who understand that sometimes he’ll need his own space to relax.

At the centre, Jude has shown us his sociable side and has made a few doggy pals. We think he could happily live with another dog, ideally one who’s calm but still enjoys playtime. He’s also a big fan of his toys and loves spending time playing in the compounds with his carers.

Could you be Jude's perfect match?

Jude is a big young lad at just around 2 years old, and he may still have a little more growing to do! He doesn’t always realise his own strength and is still learning the art of loose-lead walking, but with the help of some tasty treats we’re sure he’ll pick it up in no time.

While loud or sudden noises can sometimes startle him, a bit of gentle reassurance quickly helps him bounce back. This gorgeous boy is full of love and has all the makings of a loyal, wonderful companion.
